Fill-in the registries to participate online via Zoom or onsite. Make sure you include your email, as we will use it to send information about the training session. No registration procedures will be done via email.

After your registration, you will receive an email.

Confirmation for onsite participants will be sent 3 weeks before the session with logistical information.

ACCOMMODATION POLICY FOR ONSITE CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS

The following accommodation and travel policies apply only for those accepted and fully confirmed onsite participants.

• Accommodation will be organized, if possible, at the same venue as the training.

• Full board, including breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner will be organized and covered by the project during the entire duration of the training session.

• The project will not cover personal expenses such as mini-bar, laundry, room services, and extra drinks/meals. These items will be charged to the participants

TRAVEL POLICY FOR ONSITE CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS

The project will cover the travel expenses for onsite confirmed participants:

Travelling in a personal vehicle: The reimbursement of land travel expenses for participants travelling in a personal vehicle will be calculated and informed with the confirmation of participation.

Reimbursements for land travel expenses are subject to prior approval of the Project Manager.
• Participants must inform how they will be travelling (personal vehicle, train or bus), as well as their city of residence.
• Proof of payment for bus or train tickets will be need it.
• Reimbursements will be paid in cash during the training after signing a receipt.

Train or Bus: Participants will buy their train/bus tickets, which will be fully refunded in cash during the training session. More information will be provided in the confirmation email.

Air transport: Travelling by airplane is limited to those participants travelling distances over 500km and land transport should be preferred over air transport. Participants will buy their tickets, which will be fully refunded in cash during the training session. More information will be provided in the confirmation email.
